Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and asuraa.ai ("asuraa.ai", "we", "us"). By accessing the asuraa.ai website, creating an account, listing a service, booking a session or otherwise using our platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
What asuraa.ai does (and what it doesn't)
asuraa.ai is a software platform that helps independent creators, coaches, mentors, consultants and experts ("Creators") list their services and accept bookings from clients ("Buyers"). We provide the booking infrastructure, scheduling tools, payment collection, Google Calendar & Meet integration, and email communications.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use asuraa.ai.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password (or Google account) confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at security@asuraa.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one creator account without our prior written consent.
Platform usage rules
When using asuraa.ai, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Post content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or otherwise programmatically extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, paywalls or access restrictions.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware.
- Solicit payment off-platform for sessions originally booked through asuraa.ai.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and to take any action we deem appropriate, including content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to law enforcement.
Creator responsibilities
If you offer services through asuraa.ai, you confirm and agree that:
- You have the necessary qualifications, licences and authorisations to provide the services you list.
- You will describe your services accurately and not make misleading claims about outcomes, credentials or testimonials.
- You will honour confirmed bookings on time, or offer the Buyer a prompt reschedule or refund where you cannot.
- You are responsible for the lawful tax treatment of your earnings in your jurisdiction. asuraa.ai will issue payment summaries but does not provide tax advice.
- You retain ownership of your content and you grant asuraa.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, format and promote your listings on the Platform while your account is active.
- You will not engage in discriminatory practices against Buyers based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any other legally protected characteristic.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details, including a working email address.
- Attend booked sessions on time and at the scheduled timezone.
- Pay any fees due at the time of booking.
- Treat Creators with respect; do not record or distribute session contents without explicit consent.
- Raise any complaints in good faith, first directly with the Creator, then via support@asuraa.ai if unresolved.
Bookings, cancellations & rescheduling
A booking is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a booking confirmation email. The booking entitles the Buyer to one session of the listed duration at the scheduled time, delivered by the Creator over the agreed medium (typically Google Meet).
Cancellations by the Buyer. Unless the Creator's individual cancellation policy says otherwise:
- Cancel ≥ 24 hours before the session: full refund less payment processing fees.
- Cancel < 24 hours before the session: at the Creator's discretion; default is no refund.
Cancellations by the Creator. If a Creator cancels for any reason, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund and may receive priority access to reschedule. Repeated cancellations by a Creator may result in account review.
Rescheduling. Both parties may propose a reschedule using the asuraa.ai booking link, subject to mutual agreement.
No-shows. If a Buyer does not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the Creator may mark the session complete and no refund is owed.
Payments, fees & refunds
asuraa.ai charges a platform commission on each successful booking. The commission tier is displayed in your creator dashboard and may vary based on your activity level. Applicable indirect taxes (e.g. GST in India) are added on top and remitted to the relevant tax authority.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (primary) and/or Stripe. Card / UPI / wallet details are entered directly into the processor's secure checkout and are never seen by asuraa.ai.
Refunds. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Payment processor fees may be non-refundable. asuraa.ai is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or the issuing bank.
Creator payouts. Creators may request a withdrawal of available earnings via the Earnings dashboard. Payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days, subject to compliance review. We may withhold or reverse payouts in case of chargebacks, fraud investigations or violations of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The asuraa.ai name, logo, brand, website design, software code, and all related materials are owned by asuraa.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Content you post on the Platform — including your profile, services, descriptions, images and reviews — remains your property. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, optimise and promote that content for the purposes of running and marketing the Platform.
Third-party services
asuraa.ai integrates with third-party services including Google, Razorpay, Stripe and Resend. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy or reliability of third-party services, and we disclaim any liability arising from your use of them. Account suspension & termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice) if we believe you have:
- Violated these Terms or our acceptable-use rules.
- Provided false or misleading information.
- Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Created a risk of legal exposure for asuraa.ai or other users.
- Been subject to repeated complaints from Buyers about service quality.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. We may retain information as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@asuraa.ai.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure or always available.
asuraa.ai is not responsible for the conduct of any user, Creator or Buyer, or for the outcomes of any session booked through the Platform. We do not endorse any specific Creator or service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asuraa.ai (and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the platform commission we received from you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless asuraa.ai, its affiliates and personnel from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City — to be confirmed by legal counsel before launch], India.
Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email at legal@asuraa.ai for at least 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a prominent in-app notice at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
